Determined: My motto is “There is always a solution to every problem.” Working on a farm has taught me that things rarely go exactly to plan, and panicking never helps. When something goes wrong, I stay focused and determined to find a solution rather than dwell on the problem. No matter what life throws at me, I believe there is always a way forward. This determination also drives my desire to keep learning, improving, and striving to be better in both my work and my personal life. Which is why communication skills are so important to be learnt and constantly improved.
Honest: I strongly believe that honesty is the best policy, especially when it is paired with positive and constructive feedback. I would genuinely struggle not to be honest with clients or staff, as trust is the foundation of any good working relationship. Even in stressful situations, I aim to communicate clearly, fairly, and respectfully, using positive reinforcement rather than anger or blame. I believe in important customer relationships and we are always at work, trying and going out of our way, to build and sustain customer relationship. Even if this is out of hours to help customers if they have got problems such as they have forgotten to order or have ran out of stock.
Enthusiastic: I like to approach my work with a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved wherever needed. I believe that staying open, helpful, and committed helps create a good working environment and ensures things get done well. In work and in life skills.
