Becoming a better manager with a TMAF bursary
A TMAF bursary supported Jason Cantrill of Ceres Rural to attend the 74th Worshipful Company of Farmers Rural Business Management Course at Shonehouse, Gloucestershire.
Our Morley Agricultural Bursary Scheme is up and running. Administered by the RNAA, the scheme offers financial help to future farm and business managers to progress their careers.

TMAF is delighted to collaborate with the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) to offer the Morley Agricultural Bursary Scheme. RNAA is administering the bursaries. The aim is to equip anyone working on a farm with the skills, confidence and professional approach that will help them progress their career in farming.
Left school and went straight to farm work? Studied at college or university?
Whatever your route into farming, whichever crop or livestock you work with, in fact whatever job you do in farming and growing, if you are curious and ambitious then the Bursary Scheme is for you.
As we get older there can seem to be less time for learning. And, because of other responsibilities you may have, you may have less spare finance to invest in your career. This makes it it harder to seize opportunities to build your skills. The Bursary Scheme is here to help.
We know that most people in agriculture want to progress in some way, to understand better how their chosen industry functions and to meet and be inspired by people and businesses that are succeeding. Your career will be boosted by making the time for learning.

If you have the enthusiasm, and can make time to invest in your career, The Morley Agricultural Bursary Scheme may be able to help with the financial cost. That’s what it’s here to do.
The Morley Agricultural Bursary Scheme is willing to help with funding of any training that genuinely enhances your skills and knowledge to fulfil your career goals.
The scheme offers bursaries to individuals for a wide range of training opportunities.
Examples include:
Or any other course that meets the aims of developing skills and equipping the leaders of the future.
